« on: Friday 10 December 10 06:42 GMT (UK) »
I am having trouble reading the original view of the 1851 Wales Census for Mary LEWIS born 1801, Llanvareth, Radnorshire, Wales.  Mary is 50 and living with her son Thomas 12 who was born in Bluith as well as a couple of lodgers.  I can't quite make out what it says next to Mary's name and would appreciate some help please.

The Parish is St John the Evangelist
Town is Brecon

Mary LEWIS Head, Mar? 50 Wife of John Lewis ...........................? (What is this word or words please?
Fay
