Llangennech 1841 lookup please

Have been looking for gr, gr, gr, grandfather William Jones born Llangennech 1828? Father David.
pos brother Richard, Daniel, sister Mary.

Have descendants info for William, but need parish records for baptism and parents names, mar etc.

any help with this wall, greatly accepted. (been years now)

Apologies but first some questions to help track down William Jones 

Have you found William on 1851 census and later? Did you find that his Father's name was David from William's marriage certificate? What was David's occupation? How did you find the names of William's siblings?

As you know, 1841 the correct age was to be written for everyone under 15 years of age. For those age 15 and over, the age was to be rounded down to the nearest multiple of 5. Also relationships were not shown on 1841 census so it makes it more difficult to find the right person than on later census records.

No only  found William on 1861 census and later.
He married 1869 Feb 6th both of full age (I have Cert).
His Father's name was David found on William and Anne Howells  marriage certificate.
David's occupation was farmer (not stated as decesed).
Also witnes Daniel Jones. (bro or uncle?)
Richard and Mary found on someones collection of Llangennech Parish records:
Baptism's :
Mary      1825 May 26th
William  1827 Nov 11th
Richard 1834 Jan 12th
all to David Jones and Jane Whatley.
David and Jane pos mar Llanelly 17th Dec 1816?
also pos bap of dau Jane 1820 Dec 12th to a David and Jane of Coalpit?

Found William with family aged:-
32 on 1861
42 on 1871
53 on 1881
62 on 1891.

I believe I found him on 1851 staying with a Thomas Thomas Bootmaker aged 21yrs.
As he was a shoemaker on his marriage cert, might have been an apprentice?

Would like to find this farm that David Jones owned as Williams son Joseph left 2 farms to his daughter's. ( legend has it?).

It is worth looking at wills to try to find information such as 2 farms being left to daughters of David Jones. Pre-1858 Welsh wills can be viewed free of charge on the National Library of Wales web site, but you will have to pay to view post-1858 wills.

Not the easiest name to find quickly though!
