Are Guernsey/Alderney marriages 1920-1935 open to the public?

I am not sure, but I don't think the BMD records are open to the public on the internet.  You could try the LDS site (Beta) - they have some of the old records on now.

If you post just exactly what you want - names and dates on this site, someone might be able to help.  Mention the Surnames and marriage in the subject line.  Someone else might be doing the same family.  If you go to the library you can usually get the census records for UK (also Channel Isles) on Ancestry - for when they were younger.

Try googling the family, sometimes that works.

Thanks Sabrina
I've been in touch with the Register Office in St Peters Port Guernsey and for £5 they will do a search of their records.
I don't think their records are accessible on the Internet, in fact the Register office does not have an e-mail address.
