Census abt 1830 Scotland O'Laughlin

I am seeking the O'Laughlin family of thomas and Mary (Haley) O'Laughlin.  I think they had at least two sons... don't know of others.... John O'Laughlin born May 15, 1827 and Archibald born abt 1838.  Supposed to be born in the Highlands, Scotland.  That is all I know.  Perhaps a census lookup for Thomas and Mary would show at least on of the boys.  I do not think John was the oldest.  It is possible that Mary Haley was born in Scotland and John O'Laughlin born in Northern Ireland.  I am desperately looking for this family...
