Samuel George Gardner (George) and Stephen Gardner both enlisted in the 1st AIF.  Stephen was KIA in December 1917.

An immigration record for HELENA DAVEY and family.  She is listed under one of the many variations of the name Helen / Helena/ Ellen.

Looks like Philip was a blacksmith at Queenton, ChartersTowers.

I also am looking for a John Davey his wife was Mary and they had a son William Davey born 1863 New Norfolk Tasmania. He married a Sarah Cook in 1897. She already had 5 sons from a previous marriage but I believe there were children from this marriage as well. Is there any connection with your Davey's
