I don't mind helping out as I have had help with research for my paternal gggrandmother who was born in 1813 in Edinburgh and emigrated to Aus in 1852 and my maternal gggrandfather who was born in Barrhead, Renfrewshire and his wife was born in Glasgow. They married in Melbourne Aus in 1856.

I will do some more for you tomorrow and it is past my bedtime....and I in a few short years I will be 'ower seeventy year now'

We have Sarah's death in 1920 at Williamstown but I can't find, as yet, a death for husband John.  According to her death notice in the Argus he predeceased her.  She was buried in the Melbourne General Cemetery however there is no MI [headstone] on her grave.  I havel contacted the cemetery to see if John and perhaps also son John who died in 1893 are buried at the same location.

Fantastic customer service from the staff at Melbourne General Cemetery. Immediate response to my request. Poor John didn't live very long to enjoy a new life in Australia.

Sarah HENDERSON is buried in the Presbyterian compartment O, Grave 1525, aged 83 buried on 07 Jul 1920, also in the same grave is John Henderson aged 55 buried 09 Oct 1889.

There doesn't appear to be a death or funeral notice for Ada and I can't find a burial record.  Perhaps the Ada HENDERSON buried at Williamstown is her.  The website is not full functional as usually with this programme [used by other cemeteries] when you click on the map it brings up all the details for the deceased including who else is buried at the same location.
