I have Johns death certificate he died in 1865.
Elizabeth went on to marry again to John Griffiths and had twins. George & Elizabeth.

I found a lady on Genealogy.com in the GeneForum called Lorene Childs. She posted about the Blayneys in 2004. I replied in 2011. I haven't been able to find a contact for her since. Her great grandfather is Elizabeth Blayney's brother John. I don't know how you can find anyone once they change their email address.

Thanks for the marriage certificate.
Due to the marriage taking place in Shrewsbury, and also now knowing his age at the marriage and born about 1821.
John Turner on the 1861 census, born 1816 not known where. Which is a shame. Where is John born on the 1851 census ?
Perhaps the Cardeston baptism is not correct.
Two conflicting dates for John Turner to determine his baptism.

Because the marriage took place in Shrewsbury, could this baptism be connected, or does it seem too late, I would have to check the original.


The information I found yesterday is for another branch of the Turner family.

I have a death certificate for John Turner dated 1865 in Fords Heath. He was 51 when he died. Also on the 1861 Census he is listed as 45, so I assume it is he on the death certificate, as all his children were born at Yockleton, nearby.I have his date of birth as 1814.
His eldest son my great grandfather was Thomas.
