I'm hoping somebody can tell me what on-line resources might be available to add some more colour to the life of this relative, in particular find out what civilian crime was perpetrated by a George Wilson who was in Brecon Gaol at the time of the 1891 Census. George Wilson is the pseudonym of William Arthur Gandy who is the most "colourful" person on my G Grandmothers side of the family
