Mary Ellen Plunkett was married in Wrexham Wales to Robert Edward Williams in 1878. Can anyone provide a back story to her from census information?

Any ideas on parents? The death cert from Scotland says her mother was "Mary Plunkett", maiden name McClusky.  Can't read the name of the father.
