Waralan,

Wisbeach is in Cambridgeshire,  south of Lincolnshire,  but close to that border.  and remember this is only where the birth was registered,  not necessarily where he was born.

If you are sure of the DOB then you really need to get this certificate to see if it ties in.  And if it does and the Durham family do not match,  you will have ruled them out and be a generation further back.  :D
