hi

athol daniel collins married agnes a russell in oct quarter 1919  in paddington london please would anyone have any extra info on their marriage

i understand they had 2 kids a son alfred daniel collins  born 1920 in chesterfield died gloucester 1993,
a daughter born chestfield 1922  who after her birth cant find any more details on her i have a strong feeling this daughter swapped around her 1st name to a middle name ,(this is another detail i am working on  to find out )

From Flight magazine 24-10-1918 To be Married The engagement is announced between Captain ATHOL D. COLLINS of the Worcestershire Regt., attd. R.A.F., son of D. George Collins, C.C., Shirley Park, Croydon, and Miss AGNES RUSSELL, only daughter of Mrs. E. Russell, of Downham
Market. 23-10-1919 M a r r i ed Capt. ATHOL D. COLLINS, Worcestershire Regiment and
R.A.F., eldest surviving son of D. George Collins, C C , Shirley Park, Croydon, was married on October 20 at St. James's, Paddington, to AGNES ANNIE RUSSELL, only daughter of Mrs. Russell, Downham, Norfolk. 
Athol passed away Umtali Sth Rhodesia 1st November 1945. The death notice names all the children and they only had one child, a daughter Joan Agnes born Dec Q 1920. I hope this helps.
