Can someone do a census check on Ann Day who died 1875 Scarborough district. I am trying to find Ann Blythe born 23 mar 1803 Skipsea and married John Day 17 Mar 1832 Skipsea.

Thanks Bee - that does not help me a whole lot. I guess they were census shy.

Hi Ed
I should have said that I only have the index for the 1861 census, maybe someone else has access to the other census'

That Ann and JOhn are on all censuses in Scarborough - children appear to be Ann (1835) and Ellen (1833)

Ann jnr married Frederick Grayson - they are with Ann and John in 1861. Their son is with the widowed Ann senior on 1871

Thanks

The age at death is correct, the birth of Ellen(1833) ties in with the 1832 marriage and the husbands name is correct. The problem is all census show born Scarborough and no idea how to tie into Skipsea if she is the correct Ann.
