Lost Francis Short Reid

Hope somebody may be able to help.
I cannot find any trace of Francis Short Reid b.19/9/1907 Bathgate Linlithgow West Lothian after the 1911 census. No record of his Marriage, death emigration etc. I have scoured Scotland people websites and the commercial ones but i cannot find any trace of him. In 1911 he was living with his parents William & Christina Reid in Bathgate.

Any help would be great

On an open Scotland's People search for the marriage of "Francis S Reid", 1925 to 1997 there shows 7 returns.
and for the deaths of a "Francis Reid", born 1907 +/- 1, there are 9 returns.

Checked out all those options but none are him, it appears that Francis short Reid has vanished unless he emigrated and only used his first name which is odd as the whole family appeared to use their full names on documents

Frank Short Reid died 19th May 1956 in Bangour Hospital.
Single and a Foundry Machinist,  son of James Reid, Coal Miner and Christina Calder.
Cause of death Renal Failure and advised by his nephew Alex Hay, Bathgate.
Usual address 24 Falside Crescent, Bathgate.

Thanks for this info. Have you any age at death to compare as his parents were William Reid and Christina Calder.

He was aged 48 - the one discrepancy being the first name of the father advised by a nephew when both of the parents were deceased.  A common error.
