Marriage records - Tunbridge Wells

Could someone help me trace marriage details please, for Robert Neal and Rebecca ?.  I believe they would have married sometime between 1800 - 1812 in Tunbridge Wells possibly in Charles the Martyr?
Any help - much appreciated.
