1861 and 1871 Census - Cole
« on: Saturday 14 July 12 15:49 BST (UK) »
Request lookup in 1861 and 1871 for Edward L. Cole born about 1838 and his wife Jane born about 1841.   In 1881 the family was living at 10 Llanbadarn Road, Aberystwyth and the census listed the following children - Blanch, Anne, Fluna and John all born before 1871.   All the family were shown as born in Wales.   However, a possible marriage for the parents could be between Edward Lawford Cole and Jane Wraight 1859 Jun qtr, West Derby district, 8b/567 so their birthplaces may not be accurate.

I'm hoping to clarify their places of birth and any other children.

Dave

in 1841 edward cole is in aberyswith with probable parents john/jane cole
john cole's occ at this time is chemist so it would appear the marriage in 1859 is indeed him

Looks like our messages crossed.   Were there any other children than those I listed before?
