James Somerville b. 1815 Leith

Hi,

I'm looking for any information on James Somerville b. 1815 in Leith and his Somerville family. He was apparently a Leith Bank Agent and married Christian Helen Knight (1808-1879) on 13 Dec 1835 in South Leith.

They had four children - but I only have information on my direct ancestor Mary (1839-1901). The other three children are James (b. 1838), Catherine (b. 1846) & Henry (b. 1853).
Any information on this family would be appreciated.

However, the census records have added more confusion as I'm wondering how William Knight fits in...I had thought that Christian Knight was the daughter of Andrew Knight and Anne Watson - they had four sons but no Williams...So if William was Christian's brother...

Nothing to say he was a brother , he may have been a cousin
