What does the H stand for? If you have the son's birth cert it may be shown there or do you have his 1923 marriage and/or death cert.

The birth index has 2 possible entries

Robert Hallett (no middle name) registered Cardiff Dec 1904
and
Robert Henry Hallett Pocklington (Yorks) Sept 1906 - in the death index 1982 in Leicester

We can't do 1911 look-up but have you followed up all the family members including the parents you have found there?

Do you have any certificates or are you trying to do this just by looking at the birth, marriage and death indexes?
