Finding living relatives in the Sychdyn area
« on: Friday 22 February 13 10:22 GMT (UK) »
if anyone in the Sychdyn area knows a good way of tracing a farming family (living but unknown relatives), I'd be grateful for advice. I'm thinking local papers, notices in shop windows etc.

Without giving any names away, the situation is this:

My dad's cousin (whose first and maiden name I do know), married into a farming community in the Sychdyn area. She was born late 20's, early thirties, so may well no longer be with us. I don't know the surname of her husband, but I know they had children who farmed in the area.

Any pointers at all would be welcomed, providing they are consistent with Rootschat policy.

Many thanks

Mike

Except that I don't know the surname (this family is descended from a female cousin of my father).
