Banbridge Tutorials John Rea Lisban Saintfield
« on: Tuesday 26 February 13 10:05 GMT (UK) »
John Rea may have been born 1807-1812 d1875 he married Margaret Little in 1843/44 in 1st Boardmills Presbyterian Church. Margaret died 1866 and both were buried in Boardmills graveyard.
Rea`s were connected with 1st or 2nd Saintfield Presbyterian Church.
I need help with finding the parents of John Rea and Margaret Little, thank you.

Hi, I think John may have been my great-great grandfather. My great-grandfather was James Rea, who lived in Saintfield and was born about 1844/45 - and there is a reference in the BMD records to a James Rea, born in Boardmills in 1844, to his parents John Rea and Margaret Little. James was very connected to the 2nd Presbyterian Church in Saintfield - his children (including my grandfather Robert) were all baptised and registered there.
Sorry I can't provide details on John's ancestry - but does this ring any bells for you?
