1850 Staten Island New York Census?
« on: Saturday 18 May 13 05:21 BST (UK) »
Hi

I believe there was a census in 1850 in the USA.  Is there any websites where this information can be looked up at all? Or does anyone have access to it at all?

I am looking for a William Brown born in Staten Island New York, I believe possibly around mid 1840's.  His father was Henry Brown and mother Agnes Charlotte Brown.

I was hoping to be able to try to find my family in the census if they were still living in Staten Island.

Thanks for any info

Mel.
