Rainey family of Belfast

Hello from the U.S.; I am looking for any information about the ancestors
of a Walter Rainey and wife (Ellen Roy) that anyone might have.  He was a "Carter" (nowday Teamster) and lived at 12 (Ballarat?) st , Belfast.  They had 6 children Walter jr., James, Ella, May,Maudie and Betty.  Any help finding the ancestry would be appreciated.
