Please allow me to free a wild goose to chase (or is it a red herring?) ;)

The parents of the 1803 Sarah baptised were Michael and Sarah.  Michael was not a common name in those days.

There was a 1798 baptism to VESSEY parents with those names just across the county boundary in 1798 in Wisbech, following a marriage there in 1797 (Sarah DOLBY).

Following the baptism of Sarah in March 1803, a Michael VESSEY was buried at Wisbech in June 1803.  This could suggest two Michael VEASSEY/VESSEYs but on 20 Feb 1804 there was the marriage in Holbeach of a Sarah VESSEY (wid) to a John TAYLOR (wid). Could she have been Michael's widow?

All conjecture.  The two towns are about 14 miles apart. :)

An interesting theory Geoff-E but Im not sure how this relates to Hannah?  ;) I think its possible that Michael and Sarah could be her parents but am puzzled why I cant find a birth record for her? Could it be that she wasnt born in Spalding as she stated on several censuses? Could Hannah be a variation of her given name maybe?

I've found a small number of burials in Spalding, all in 1755.

22 Oct, Joseph FEASEY, son of David and Ann (infant)
28 Oct, David VEASEY (35)
16 Nov, John FEASEY, son of John and Elizabeth - baptism shown as VESEY

also a VEESEY baptism, Jonathan, son of David and Ann 1749

Nothing around 1800 though. :)

I had been looking at Jonathan Veasey but couldn't make a link to Hannah.

Of Deeping Fen, he appeared to have married Elizabeth Wyer in Bourne in 1789.

They had three children in Baston - Elizabeth in 1792, Mary Ann in 1800 and Jonathan in 1802

A Jonathan Veasey of Deeping Fen was buried in Spalding in 1804.

I wondered if Mary Ann may have been Hannah but there is a possible burial for her in Stamford in 1820.
