Marriage of William Sumpter & Sophia - Wingfield, Suffolk

I am trying to verify the marriage of a William Sumpter & a Sophia around 1805, possibly in Wingfield.  They had 6 children christened in Wingfield - James French (1806), Sophia Elizabeth (1808), Lydia (1809), Harriet Cotton (1811), William Thomas (1815, died 1815) & William Richard (1819).  I believe the family lived in Wingfield Castle which was leased from Lord Berners.
Can anybody find a marriage record for William & Sophia?

The Suffolk Marriage Index for the Hoxne, Hartismere, South Elmham & Wangford Deaneries up to 1812 does not record any SUMPTER marriages in Wingfield or indeed any of the other parishes it covers.

The Suffolk Burial Index lists Lydia Sumpter as being buried 2-6-1831 aged 21 Wingfield St.Andrew.

Just to add to your records.

No mention of the parents William or Sophia's  burials in the SBI

Many thanks Keziah & Ribbo, I've now decided to switch to Cambridgeshire as William & Sophia appear to have moved there - on the 1841 census they were living in Histon, Cambs and also that was where William Sumpter was born - maybe that's also where they married.  I've posted a request on the cambridgeshire board.  Thanks again for your efforts.

William Sumpter married Sophia Cotton on the 2nd December 1805 at
St Mary's, Redenhall cum Harleston and Wortwell Norfolk ( about 20 miles south of Norwich)

William lived in Wingfield and Sophia was OTP ( Redenhall or Harleston or Wortwell)
