What's the connection with Co. Armagh?

The online civil registration index (www.familysearch.org) shows only one birth for that period but not in Armagh-
Alfred Ernest Coulter (1905) https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/FBLC-TWY
Same child in 1911 census- none of the family born in Armagh-
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Leitrim/Drumahaire/Conaghil/654280

There is, however, an Alfred Coalter (age 4) in the 1911 census-

Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Hi,
   Alfred Ernest Coulter was registered as a pupil in Armagh Royal School in Jan 1923. His father was Isaac Coulter from Kilmore, Armagh.
