Hello,

do you have any other information about him?

There is a marriage in 1905 to Vera Nadin - is that him?

Do you have him in earlier censuses?

regards
heywood

Earlier topic here-

The one I refer to isn't the same as this one  :-\  He is a motor cycle maker and a bachelor on his marriage in 1905.

Noble1945,
if it is just the name Trelford you are interested in - you would need to go back in the family marriages to see if it is a family surname.
It may well be that it is nothing associated with the family - just an interesting name at the time etc.
If, however, you are looking for Mayo connections, you would need to look to the Irish grandparents- are they the Hughes family and look for any possible clues.

As I said before, what information do you have?

I know that Peter Hughes and his wife Elizabeth Hughes nee Moore lived at 106 wood street Liverpool and I believe came from ireland perhaps from the Ulster? area they had a son Peter George Hughes who married a Hannah Norbury and move via Birkenhead to the manchester area they had a number of children one of whom was my grandfather Herbert J. Hughes.

The trouble is until my father passed away all I knew was they came from Manchester but i have traced Peter and Elizabeth to Liverpool and I believe the came from Ireland to Liverpool for work But this irish connection has been kept very quiet for what reason I do not know but Trelford was the middle name of one of the children my grandfathers brother another very quiet area so I am guessing could this be a clue to where they came from Ireland as I said before a long shot.
