Ralph Roy WHITE 1899-?
« on: Tuesday 01 October 13 23:08 BST (UK) »
Looking for information on Ralph Roy WHITE

28 Oct 1899 in Boolite, Victoria, Australia to Charles and Alice
Married 26 Oct 1926 Lower Mitcham, South Australia, Australia to stella HOLDER

Lived at Leasingham, South Australia in 1928 according to electoral rolls.

Had two children born 1927 and born 1931

Stella remarried in 1944

Family stories said that he either ran off and died of water on the brain or died in the mines (somewhere).  My guess is he died somewhere between 1930 - 1943.  Would really like to know where and how.

Cheers.

Edited - possible living persons

Would you please remove the names of any possible living persons from your request.

If the family stories are accurate and he did leave then possibly he changed his name.

I have noticed though that in a number of death notices that he listed as deceased, which to me seems he must of kept touch with some members of the family.

Last notice he is mentioned as deceased is in 1944.

Found a warrant for R. Roy White issued in Port Broughton, South Australia in 1930.  Was wondering if anyone had anymore information relating to the crime and if he was ever arrested.

From my resource.  Doubt you will find anything further unless you find a report of him in court on http://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/   The Police Gazettes had many entries searching for people for whom warrants had been issued.

I think the two persons mentioned are different people.  Different heights and one dark and one fair.

Poor man if he did have the condition you describe
