Hello Westoe

Still beavering on ! all I can find on Thomas Wilson's daughter, Jemima and her interesting husband, the one in the photo I put on before.

But Jemima in 1913 was to marry George.William.Heather b 1891 Family was George William b. 1915  died 1920 then 1918, Hugh.W.Heather was born. It appears that George joined the Northumberland Royal Garrison Artillery in 1909 at the age of 17 yrs 10 months, previous he was a Shipwright at Smiths Dock North Shields, and lived at 62 West Percy Street North Shields, having served his time, he left the Territorial Force in 1913 – year he married Jemima, after – not sure but seems to be him plus photo in 1918- (birth correct) on Merchant Navy Identity card serving in the R.N.R. during WW1. By the start of WW11 just the two of them were living in 56 Washington Terrace Tynemouth, where he was once again a Shipwright_- Trawler maker – ship building Fish trade, he also served in Tynemouth as an A.R.P Warden, till he  died in 1944, "A man with a strong sense of duty”.

Best
