Hi I have just found from his 1754 marriage bond that my ancestor Richard Sellars of South Shields was a mariner. I therefore wondered judith54 how your similar search turned out?

I didn't get very far with this line of research as info found re John's spouse that made me re-think the family so put on back-burner for a while
