Hi looking for information on a Thomas Caldwell born in County Down @ June 1825 and emigrated to New York City in 1845.  He never returned to Ireland and is born in Connecticut, USA.  He married a Catharine Lannon (Lennon) in St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church in Philadelphia, PA in 1851.

Children's names can sometimes be clues to parents and siblings, so I include them as well here:

- Jane Ann Caldwell
- James Stephen Caldwell
- Margaret Caldwell
- Alice J Caldwell
- Thomas Bernard Caldwell
- Catherine Frances Caldwell
- William Andrew Caldwell

Regards,

Jeff

I had an uncle called William James Caldwell (Billy) from Shore road, he died around 1998. I do know he used to live in Scotland and he had children. Contact me if you need anymore information.
hi I think this maybe my dad you are talking about and I know this is a long shot but hopefully he can get in touch for a chat.
