9 Mar 1824 St Peter Wisbech Cambridgeshire John OSBORN and Mary Ann GRUBB witnesses Charles AYERS and Sarah LITTLE Ceremony performed by Robert Jarrold King, Curate
3 Jan 1826 All Saints Tinwell Rutland John OSBORN ( grooms parish) Cateston Magna ( that is what is written not sure if it should be Aston Magna, Gloucestershire or maybe Caslteton in Derbyshire) and Ann SEATON witnesses MELLARS and E OBSORN By Licence
I can find no John Osbourne/Osboun/Osborn in my own Osbourne research, however if he happened to meet his wife when visiting 'family' thought it may help as there are Osbourne's around that era in Market Overton: Cottesmore and one Edward Osborn marrying in Cottesmore in 1827, was from Barrow Rutland ; Greetham; Exton and there are many in Cleethorpes Lincolnshire
He or rather 'a' John Osborn didn't marry in Cottesmore Rutland so you can cross that one out, but I think the problem you have is that during that time frame with records few have connecting information( ie no fathers name on marriage record) and depends on the parish what information is written. To be sure you are best to get one of the childrens birth certificates at least then you know her full name and it will make it easier to search and find where they were married
