Hi, I found this and wonder could it be the family you seek?

Marriage:
date of marriage:31 March 1859
place of marriage:Coleraine,co Derry
groom:Andrew Quigley
groom's father:Francis Quigley
bride:Mary Logan
bride's father:John Logan

If this is the family,Francis appears on the 1831 co Derry census.

Francis Quigley
townland:Labby
parish:Ballynascreen
barony:Loughinsholin

Francis also appears in Griffiths Valuation.

To find Julia you may have to look through the parish registers to see if you can find her baptism. If you go to your nearest LDS(Latter Day Saints)library they hold copies of the parish microfilms.
For Coleraine:Aug 1843-Aug 1863
For Ballyinascreen Nov 1825-Feb 1834 and June 1836-May 1863.

Hope this helps,Kim

Welcome to Rootschat, mac09  :) Just click on 'reply' button, type your message then press 'post' button.

For reference here's 1911 census- Julia Howard Andrews, age 53 so born c1848, born Derry City (not near Coleraine or Ballinascreen). If Julia was Presbyterian before her marriage then baptismal records (if they go back far enough) will need to be checked. Unfortunately OP didn't post the full details from Julia's marriage.

1901 gives her birthplace as Co. Derry-

Names of the children may give clues
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

There was an Andrew Quigley born in Aghadowey to Andrew Quigley and Mary Logan in December 1864...which would make him 15/16 in 1879...he could have lied about his age if this is the same Andrew.
I can't find any Julia Howard. She was of full age when married in 1882 so born on or before 1861. Therefore you won't find her in the civil records. I have looked in church records without any luck.

According to the 1901 census Julia was born in Derry http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Antrim/Clifton/Cliftonpark_Avenue/960973/
and she had sisters Sarah and Samuelena
