That depends on which Gladys Davies as there appear to be more than one in Staffordshire born around 1898 (even more if you extend surname to Davis). Are you referring to the one in Fenton? If so, head of household is John and wife is Alice, but you should purchase the birth certificate to be certain of parents.

There is another with parents Frank and Elizabeth Davies.
Another with parents Henry and Martha Davies.

There are more born 1899, and more with surname Davis.

Gladys is staying with her grandmother Esther Bridgewater in 1911, if you check the family out in 1881 Esther Bridgewater is with Walter Davies listed as step-son to Simeon Bridgewater, so it looks like a second marriage for Esther. (freebmd has marriage 1877 to Simeon) but a marriage to a Thomas Davies 1862.

Hope this makes sense and the correct family
