Hi and welcome to Rootschat

You need to give a lot more info as just a name and a location tells us nothing

Which particular "Robb" are you looking for and what is the timescale

I'm looking for a great great great grandfather by the name of James Robb. He was born in December 25th 1830, and I'm trying to find some kind of birth record from that year, so I can find out the names of his parents. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  -Samantha

Civil registration of births didn't start until 1864 so you need to look for church records of a baptism. To do so you also need to know the family's religion (all the ones in 1911 census were either Presbyterian or Church of Ireland) to know what churches in the area to check. However, not all churches will have records that far back and of those that do not all will be online. Also, some early church records don't list mother's maiden name and others don't list the mother at all.

Lislaird townland is in County Tyrone. If you click 'report to moderator' and ask for this topic to be moved to the TYRONE board then someone with local knowledge or access to church records there might be able to help.

Lislaird is in Termonamongan civil parish. This link (from Tyrone Resources at the top of the Tyrone board) shows what church records might be available-
