A couple of possibilities; what is John's occupation? Children's names and year of birth?

I think all of his children would be married by 1841, as they were born 1801 to 1808
According to Find My Past via Family Search he may appear in Penkridge, Church Eaton PRO HO 107.
I can not access the image without paying

Hi

The census details Lyn22 gave are the census details for the John James in Church Eaton, Penkridge

Looks like he married 1830 at Penkridge to Ann Sharratt, their son Edward chr. in Church Eaton two months before wedding.
Both bride and groom single, thought it may have been a remarriage.

Hi

There is a burial on FreeREG of an Elizabeth James, there's a small chance it could be the wife of John. The burial has a date of 1820/21 and the age has a question mark beside it ( 57? ), which leads me to think it maybe poorly written or faded, as your Elizabeth would have been 47 at this time.

Maybe something to look at.

I think that John was his son who was born 1804 and married Ann Sharratt 1829.  Does it give grooms age?
