If we use the ages shown on that 1911 census, they must have emigrated after Margueritte's birth in 1896, but before Lionel's birth in 1898.

Incidentally, Ancestry had Lionel transcribed as Linel Burgiss, born in S. Aprila, Glamorgan, Wales?!?!
