Hi Allegra,   Thanks for your message, 
Martha is my 3x Great grandmother  and I am descended from her daugther Elizabeth 1838 -1866. who married John Bond.

I have no information about George after 1871 perhaps you could fill me in.
I was trying to find out about Martha but those records are not yet online I have been told I would have to go to the record office in Reading.

Hi.  Thanks for reply.  So we must be distant cousins of some sort.  George married Mary Ann Collier in Shoreditch 1872.  Their son Frederick William John (b1883) was my grandfather.
I have fairly extensive tree and info on the Goffin side of this family.

I have Goffins going back to the 1600's but all in Norfolk.  Do you know anything about Elizabeth Breeze?  Or William Waters?

Hi Wendy
John Goffin (who married Martha Hall) is the son of Elizabeth Breeze and Robert Goffin.  I believe she is the daughter of Mary Seaman and John Breeze.  I don't know of William Waters but believe that Robert Goffin was the son of Mary Waters.  This is from information passed on to me, apparently taken from parish records, but I can't guarantee its accuracy.
