What happened to Mary Pellatt

I'm trying to find out what happened to my 9th great-grandfathers sister, Mary Pellatt (c.1663) of Benenden/Sandhurst.

In 1687 her father John died and left her numerous items in his will. (Thanks to guys on the handwritting forum!)

After this she disappears from the local records. I haven't found a suitable marriage/death entry for her in Kent or Sussex. I cannot dismiss the possiblity she relocated to another county. There is also the possibility that, like her parents, she may have become a quaker

Can anyone help me find out what happened to her?
