ramsay family look up please

i am looking for some help on mary ramsay born in lanark. in 1843. i am trying to find out who her perants where and her immediate family. i do know she married a john hogg in 1866 in cadder but can anyone help me out thnks to all kathy

There is a Mary Ramsay age 8 listed on the 1851 Lanark County Census index with her family do you have any other details about place of birth or other possible names ?

This may be her and her family but obviously there is much research still to be done

Should also have added that the census was in Wiston & Roberton Parish/District which is in the south of lanarkshire
