Searching fo any information on Ewart (Tom) Wood who was probably born in Cinderford. He Died in 1978.
Any information would be much appreciated

Looks like a age/ namesake went to Canada on the 23 Jun 1913   (Vessel:   Ascania)

This would appear to be Tom/Ewart on the 1901 -

William Wood   wid 79 b. Ruspidge
Emma Wood   dau s 47 b. Ruspidge
Thomas Wood   grandson 8 b. Ruspidge

RG13 Piece 2420 Folio 140 Page 33

The 1891 for William Wood records living with him is a Florence Wood, daughter aged 20. She then married Samuel Edwards in 1896, Westbury-on-Severn.

By doing a free search on www.1911.co.uk you will see that Ewart is living with Florence and Samuel.

Perhaps Florence is Ewart's mother, however the only way to confirm this would be to purchase his birth cert.
