Tom Barrowcliff Selby

I need some help, I have a Tom Barrowcliff Selby born about 1859 Leicester,eng
and I have from the 1881 census that he was boarding with a woman named Elizabeth Bowering age 42 from over stoway Somerset,England. Tom was 23 single and was working as a railway porter at 54 new king st Bath walcot somersetshire.There was a servant named Florence Selby age 14 from Bristol winterbourn,Gloucestershire. Is she related somehow to Tom???  Then  I looked at free bmd and found Tom Barrowcliff Selby married to Elizabeth Bowering sept qtr 1881 5c 889 and then another or maybe the some Tom married Norah Murray DEC qtr 1895 1d 730.Maybe has first wife died and he remarried. Can someone put the pièces together for me please.Thank you.

Just looked at the image the child Tom has an age of 2 not 22 as transcribed 
Perhaps Nora was in Ireland at the time of Tom's birth.

Possible death for Elizabeth in Lambeth Dec 1893 age 56.

Tom has a sister called Elizabeth so it would appear that Florence is Tom's niece.
