Looks like the name is "cousin Schera or Scherd", residence, 1008 2 North St. (probably North 2nd St as there is no North St.).   Looking in the Philadelphia city directories, there is a Joseph Schera in Philadelphia, but he is living at 1142 Mercy.  I'll look and see if he ever lives at the 2nd st. address.

The Joseph Schera on Mercy St. is born in Pennsylvania and his parents were born in France, according to the 1900 census.
