Fry Family - East Brent

Hi there,

I'm researching Fry relatives who lived in East Brent, Somerset. I've used the information on the East Brent and Rooksbridge website to get as far back as 1705 (abt.) , when James Fry was born (d. 1776). He was married to Jane Hale, and had many children, one of which called James Fry who was born circa 1735, and died 1782. He was married to Ann Edwards.

If anyone has any information that would allow me to expand my research back past this point I would be extremely grateful, as I seem to have hit a brick wall.

Last Saturday I had a look at the fiche copies in my local library for East Brent trying to take you back another generation but the lack of Fry's there makes me wonder if they moved to East Brent from another parish - sorry I couldn't find any for you
