Thomas Latham born about 1803 in preston up weald moors

Hi all for some years ive been struggling researching my partners fourth great grandfathers baptism/parents.

His name was Thomas Latham, census records give his year of birth to be about 1803/4/5  and 1851 and 61 census he gives his place of birth as preston upon weald moors he  was buried 5 nov 1867 aged 64 years, he lived at the nabb in wrockwardine wood throughout census as a coal miner.

the only baptisms I can find at preston upon weald moors between 1800 and 1810 is that of a james latham 31 march 1805 illigmate son of sarah latham and another illigimate child anne born 1808. I found this anne married a William overton in 1833 at shifnal cant find james latham


also my partners Thomas latham first child was named james, could that be named after the 1805 james latham from preston. If Thomas was another illigimate son of sarah latham why wasn't he baptised like james and anne?

Perhaps a late baptism.
