The way i saw it was John smith in 1901 census is father of ryha,..... Johns wife there is Salina... But then Johns parents  were that panthania and William?

Not spotting her in 1901 - have you got the ref?
I can see a John and Salina Smith, but no Rhya/Ryha etc there, so not the one you have found!
His age 47, so bn 1854ish. Also on 1891 age 37, bn Netherton. But no Rhya with him.
