A lot depends upon the source used for digitising, if it was the original Parish Registers then you may find one or two that are too fragile to digitise.   Films or Fiche would likely be subject to copyright of whoever produced them, such as the LDS, so couldn't necessarily be used as a source without permission from the copyright holder.

Just goes to emphasise the need to visit the Archives and see for yourself - never totally rely on outside sources, be they Ancestry, Family Search or Find My Past. 
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!
