Would anybody have any information on my 3rd great grandmother Martha Burgess born 1810 Northampshire and died in Hobart, Tasmania 20th October 1884.

I take it that the tree I see on Ancestry is yours. 

It might help to provide the extra information on Martha... her marriage name and child's

Do you have a possible departure date for her and her family which would obviously have been after the birth of her son?

I have Martha who married William Samuel Clarke b. 14/10/1805 Middlesex, Eng and died 28/11/1871 Hobart, Tasmania, they married ? 1837  in Home-in-Clivigar, England, I think. The children that I have are
Thomas Clarke 1833 England - 1909 Hobart,
Eliza Clarke 1837 England - 1909 Hobart,
William Clarke 1840 England - 1851 England,
Frederick Henry Clarke 1844 England - 1924 Hobart, Frederick was my 2nd great grandfather.

Still looking for you but it should be easier for others to help, with the extra info.

So they left after 1844, with all the names it should make finding them much simpler (hopefully).

I think they might of have left after the death of their son William who died in 1851, but that is all I know.

Any chance William senior was a convict?

I only ask 'cause there are a few William Clarke's that are recorded in those lists.
