Would much appreciate the above information. 

Robert Lindsay Lees was born in 1896 in London Shepherds Bush.  Cannot find PR for birth.

You can find his birth registration on freebmd:
Fulham Q2 1896 vol 1a page 210.

If you are unable to find the appropriate baptism then it may be worth sending for the birth certificate to find out who his parents were.

1901 census shows Robert L Lees born 1896 son of Robert C Lees and Olive

To follow up Jolee's comments, the 1911 shows parents with slightly more detail as Robert Crawford Lees and Matilda Olivia Lees.  Living in Chiswick.

Baptised on 14th June 1896 at St Luke  Shepherd's Bush - Parents' names as stated on the 1911 above, father shown as Clerk.
