Can anyone identify this building please.

Hi,

I've been loaned a few old family pictures and this one was in among them. I was told that my great (possibly great great) grandfather worked there. As my forebears seem to have a few generations in the Whitewood, Godstone area it seems a fair guess that this might be part of an estate in that area. Is there anyone out there who can shed any light on what the building is and where it is located. Judging by the dress of the people in it I would say that it's around the 1900's.
