Electoral rolls for Porth

Looking for please if  possible any electoral roll between 1918- 1930 which will inform me who were living in 27 Turberville Road Porth. Between the dates mentioned. The family might be Owen(s) Regards Eirwen

Would Porth be in Rhondda constituency?

If so you'll have to go locally as the British Library only has registers from 1937, nothing earlier
