Sarah Elizabeth Stevens, married to William Blatch

I'm looking for information about Sarah, 1815 Bethnal Green-1848 St Pancras, married to William 1814-1853. I have her parents as Samuel Stevens 1792-1829 and Sarah Shaw 1789-1828, but in Nova Scotia. Any information appreciated.

I can't see a mention of Sarahs parents on Ancestry trees.  :-\

Sarah married William Blatch in Lambeth, Surrey in 1836.  The witnesses were David Harrison Wadley and  Jane Shergold. 

By 1841 Sarah & William were living in Westminster, Middlesex - they both were supposedly born in the county of Middlesex.  Where did the 1851 state that William was born.

Be wary of online trees;  I have just found one that shows her burial in 1848, her death in 1849, in Middlesex on 1851 census and, with a slight name change, in Scotland in 1861. Two marriages (1836 & 1839) and an undated one in St. James, Newport, NS.
